Ingredients:
4 oz. Fresh Ground Turkey
2 oz. Edam Cheese
3 cloves, Minced Garlic
1/4 of an Onion, Chopped
1/4 of a Red Bell Pepper, Diced
2 Green Onions, Chopped
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1/4 tsp. White Pepper
1 tsp. Fresh Basil, Diced
1/2 tsp. Dry Sage
1 Tbsp Fresh Parsley, Diced
2 oz. Cauliflower, Finely Ground
1/2 tsp. Oil

Directions:
Place oil in a pan over medium heat. Add turkey, onion, garlic, red bell pepper, green onions, basil, sage, parsley, and black pepper. Cook until turkey is golden brown.
Set filling aside, and heat cauliflower over medium high heat until it has browned.
Place turkey filling in a casserole dish. Top with cauliflower and shredded cheese.
Place dish in oven at 400˚ F for 8-10 minutes, until cheese has melted and browned.
Serve hot.
