NSA can't search its own emails, agency claims

The National Security Agency's massive surveillance program is out in the open and millions of Americans have fallen prey to the online spying and phone data collection that is aimed at stopping terrorism, but according to the NSA they are unable to actually search their own employees' emails. RT's Sam Sacks discusses how a FISA request brought on this ironic situation, and is joined by web producer Andrew Blake to weigh in on another so-called issue of national security: the potential closure of the Guantanamo Bay military prison. On Wednesday, the Senate hosted their first open hearing on closing Gitmo in five years, and lawmakers discussed the possible repercussions of closing the infamous facility.
