Russian Aircraft Fly Out of Syria

Russian fighter jets took off from Hemeimeem air base in Syria; after five months of combat operations they are headed home to the motherland.
On Tuesday, a day after Vladimir Putin's public announcement, Russian aircraft have left the Latakia area after accomplishing their mission.
The Russian President stated on Monday that he considered their objectives in Syria to have been completed.
Russian State TV covered their flights from beginning to end.
Russia first committed the aircraft and personnel to combat the Islamic State in Syria during late September.
