Chicago: New Video Raises Questions

In Chicago, newly released videos from the scene of the deadly shooting of a black teenager by a white patrolman could raise new questions about how the police documented the killing. The city is bracing for more protests over the weekend as more videos continue to be released. The new footage has no discernible audio of the October 2014 shooting. The Chicago Tribune obtained the recordings and reported that as a result of the sound issues neither the gun shot sounds or any remarks or commands by the police can be heard.
