27 States Fight EPA's Power Plant Rules

Coal-producer West Virginia and industry groups believe that the EPA went too far with the federal Clean Air Act. Them and 27 other states are gathering together at the US Court of Appeals to fight against the EPA’s Clean Power Plan rules. Richard Revesz, director of the Institute for Policy Integrity at New York University’s law school, stated, “The Clean Power Plan, while certainly a very important rule, is not the boundary breaking behemoth that the petitioners make it out to be.”
