White House Took Trump's Medical Records From His Doctor. The Doctor Called It A "Raid."

Shortly after President Trump took office last year, the White House took medical records from his New York doctor. The physician described the experience as an unannounced “raid.” Dr. Harold Bornstein told NBC News he felt “frightened and sad” when three men came to his office to collect the president’s medical records. The three men included former White House aide Keith Schiller and a lawyer at the Trump Organization. Sarah Sanders confirmed on Tuesday that officials “took possession” of Trump’s medical records. She also said it was “not her understanding” that it was a raid. Bornstein said he was not provided a form authorizing the release of the records. He also said the men asked him to take a photo of him and Trump off of his wall.
