According to Reuters, the United Kingdom is going it alone for now as they prepare to their next jet fighter.
Codenamed the Tempest, the fighter program is the first post-Brexit weapons program for England.
Announced by the UK's defense minister, the jet program seeks to develop an aircraft which can be piloted, or flown as a drone.
A year ago the UK was excluded from the European Union's next-gen program, which is now being developed by France and Germany.
The UK plans to invest 2 billion pounds by 2025 in stealth fighter program, which already has a life-sized model.
