One man's trash is another man's haute couture? Artur Brazhe is an eco-friendly, award-winning designer who sends his models down the runway wearing garbage. Brazhe not only sources items and inspiration from junk yards and dumps near his home, he receives donations from supporters on a regular basis and says he has no shortage of materials.
